If your child has a disability, please ask to see the guidelines set by the examining board before completing this form.
Once you have submitted an exam entry form and made payment, we’re unable to make changes or withdraw your child from an exam unless there are extenuating circumstances.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Exams will take place during the day - Monday to Friday.
- You’ll be notified of the exact day and time of the exam once the examining board release the appointments.
- It’s your responsibility to transport your child to the exam venue. The exam venue is usually Barnsley Music Service, The Civic, Hanson Street, Barnsley S70 2HZ.
