I have read the terms and conditions and am happy to continue with my application to have my work displayed for sale by the Council at Barnsley Museums' retail outlets. I understand that if I'm accepted, the Council will deduct the commission sum of 35% plus VAT from the sale price of any work which is sold. I also agree to observe, perform and be bound by the conditions of sale.
