Award criteria

This award is for the business that has demonstrated its commitment to the health and wellbeing of the workforce. The panel will be looking for a health and wellbeing programme which encourages a supportive and productive environment where employees can flourish. This may include a range of interventions that have been introduced with measures such as a reduction in sickness absence, improving retention levels and increasing engagement with staff that are embedded in organisational culture.
