During this application you'll be asked to upload certain documents. Please make sure you have these to hand before you begin:
- Scaled layout plan showing the layout of the pavement cafe, including placement of tables, chairs, barriers and other furniture
- Photos of the proposed furniture
- Risk assessment document
- Proof of public liability insurance
