Before you begin

You can use this form to upload supporting documents for your street trading consent application or renewal.

You'll need your application reference number, which you can find in the confirmation email you received after submitting your application or renewal.

Document names

All of the documents and photos you upload must have a unique file name.

If any of your documents or photos have the same name, please rename these on your computer/tablet/smartphone before uploading them.
