The Early Years Inclusion Grant is for early year’s providers to help them support the needs of individual children with lower level or emerging SEN.
Please read the guidance document before filling in this application form.
You will need to upload a copy of the following as necessary:
- Reviewed graduated response documents
- Costed provision map
To make sure there's no gap in funding you need to submit this to the last panel meeting of the term that the child is currently funded for.
