The Early Years Inclusion Grant provides a small amount of additional funding to support the needs of a child with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Please read the guidance document and the assess, plan, do, review flowchart before filling in this application form.
You will need to upload a copy of the following as necessary:
- detailed costed provision map (quality first teaching should NOT be costed within the provision map)
- early years graduated response document (reviewed to show impact of funding)
- early years developmental progress tool (updated to show progress)
- any additional reports or advice from external professionals
- SMART targets throughout relevant documentation
Please do not apply unless you have the evidence (listed above) to support your application. Your application will be rejected if you fail to provide access, plan, do, review evidence.
To make sure there's no gap in funding you need to submit this to the last panel meeting of the term that the child is currently funded for.
