Summer Reading Challenge Craft: Make a musical instrument (rattle)

Description

Join us for a fun musical craft where you’ll design and make your own rattle instrument. Decorate it with colours and patterns, then use it to create your own rhythms! This is a free session but places must be booked. For ages 4-11. Under 8s must be accompanied by an adult. This craft session coincides with our SRC theme – Read to the Beat! This aims to encourage children to explore the connection between stories and songs, discovering how reading and music both ignite imagination, self-expression and creativity.
