Nick Louth is a million-selling thriller author and an award-winning journalist. At this free event, he will discuss researching and plotting a thriller, based on his 20 years’ experience of crime writing. His first self-published novel Bite became an Amazon No 1 best-seller and was translated into six languages. Nick signed a eight-book deal with Canelo and WF Howes in 2023, for a new crime series featuring Devon-based Detective Inspector Jan Talantire. The first book in that series, The Two Deaths of Ruth Lyle, was followed by three more, most recently The Deep End, published in November 2025.
