A New Chapter - Peri/Menopause Reflexology and Social Event - Session two

Join us for Peri/Menopause Reflexology event at the Roundhouse Library. This event is designed to introduce you to the benefits and techniques of reflexology, a therapeutic method that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet. Saturday, 22 March • Session 1: 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM • Session 2: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM During the event, you will have the opportunity to experience a hands-on demonstration for 30 minutes. While you wait for your treatment you will be able to socialise with other people that are also experiences symptoms of the Peri/Menopause. Please note this treatment is not suitable for people with blood clots, broken skin, and infectious conditions, including verruca’s. We look forward to seeing you there!
