Get Online Week : Libraries digital drop in

Get Online Week is from the 16 - 22 of October and we are going to celebrate this by hosting a digital drop in session to help you discover a range of online resources and websites you can use at Barnsley Libraries. Pop in to the IT suite on Monday 16 October between 4 and 6 and our Digital Engagement Officer will introduce you to whatever library resource that most interests you. This could include: - getting more out of the library catalogue - accessing eBooks, magazines and audiobooks via Libby - reading newspapers on Pressreader - searching your family tree via Find My Past, Ancestry or the British Newspaper Archive - doing a practice driving test on Theory Test Pro - gain basic IT skills by signing up with Learn My Way - watch archive film footage via BFI Replay Computers are available for you to have a go, but you can also bring your own device if you would like help setting up any of the apps.
