Join us and a host of great crime authors for an afternoon of murder and mayhem. We are welcoming a panel of your favourite crime writers to discuss their books, the genre and their writing methods, including... The writing duo R C Bridgestock – both Bob & Carol have extensive experience working for West Yorkshire Police service & bring elements of this into their writing. They created the character DI Jack Dylan, a detective from Harrowfield and the feisty, Yorkshire female Detective Inspector, Charley Mann. Malcolm Hollingdrake – a Bradford-born author who has written several successful books. Presently he is concentrating on a series of crime novels set in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Pamela Clare – a forensics make-up artist who will discuss how they create gruesome effects on police procedural crime shows. Hannah Trevarthen - our host.
